(68,436 posts)2. I just filled my tank for well under $5. I have a card from the grocery store that gives fuel points
for grocery spending. I had enough fuel points in March to get $1 off, so my gas cost me 51 cents a gallon.

Also Russia and OPEC are reducing oil output.
