Was $1.19 a week ago, it's $1.49 now.

1. This goes to show prices at the pump are arbitrary & not based on current trading prices

2. I just filled my tank for well under $5. I have a card from the grocery store that gives fuel points

for grocery spending. I had enough fuel points in March to get $1 off, so my gas cost me 51 cents a gallon.

3. As more oil drillers go bankrupt, gas prices will go lot higher

Also Russia and OPEC are reducing oil output.
