Still they added the making of the Mandolorian and a couple of other tid bits.
I was secretly hoping for Kenobi or something totally out of the blue.

The last 90 minutes could have been released theatrically, and nobody would have wanted their money back.

Lucas has said that his concept for anakin's fall is that anakin was basically a time bomb. The content in Clone Wars, is a lot of what the clock was made of.
