It’s a scam targeting Chinese immigrants.

It says it is the Chinese embassy, and they have to deal with some fines for a financial investigation in China.

All of the calls that I received were from the 713 area code (Houston) so I went ahead and blocked the entire area code.

18. Nothing subliminal about that show. We saw it in 2018, expected dance and music.

There was that, but also a lot of political and religious messaging, much complaining about bad treatment by the Chinese government, and in the stories there were many unexplained (deus ex machina) happy outcomes from dire circumstances.

I won't see any more of the shows incarnations, though it was a treat to see the Detroit Opera House after many years.
