"I can't stay mad at that floof ball" 😂BY STEPHEN MESSENGER
This is Tormund a friendly (yet assertive) orange cat who isn't afraid to go after what he wants, no matter the hour he wants it.
And he's not about to take "zzz" for an answer.
A few months ago, Aaron Brown adopted Tormund from a local rescue group. While having a cat around for company has been fun, Brown wasn't expecting the way his new pet would impact his nights.
Turns out, Tormund considers sleepy time something of a competitive sport.
When the lights are out and Brown is out cold, Tormund likes to wage playful war pawing and pouncing at his dozing owner as if to keep the Sandman at bay.
Brown decided to make a video to show his friends what a night with Tormund entails:
Though Brown was well aware that his cat was active at night, seeing just how much so still came as a surprise.
Tormund might not be the most ideal bedmate when it comes to getting uninterrupted sleep, but Brown still wouldn't have him any other way chalking up the behavior to a show of affection.
"It's been great [having Tormund]," Brown told The Dodo. "There's zero regret about adopting him. I might get a bit less sleep, but I can't stay mad at that floof ball."

(2,164 posts)And my cat is right in my face with his paw raised like hes gonna hit me. A few times I had punctures on my face (from what could be a cat claw). 😡
When he does this its because he wants me to lay on my back so he can cuddle into the crook of my arm.

(9,696 posts)When I woke up he would be watching me, never saw him asleep while perched on my chest. It's kind of odd to wake up and find a huge pair of eyes about 3 inches from your face.

(22,216 posts)he gets ready for bed. Then maybe the cat would just turn around 5 times and crash. It also looked to me like the camera speed was fast? That cat was moving like lightening.
Agree with the other poster: Tormund definitely needs a buddy. Get him a white cat and name it Jon Snow

(28,117 posts)He needs a buddy so he has more activity during the day. Cat videos playing on tv, active cat toys, something until Mr. Brown can get him another cat. Lock him out of the bedroom? This kind of activity would drive me nuts since I have so much trouble sleeping any way.
All my kitties ever did at night was cuddle with me. One of my sweet Siamese always demanded to be under the covers, she was so cold natured. Sweet times. I miss them so.
