3. I don't load the dishwasher much anymore, unless I can load it, slam it shut and turn it on.

Otherwise hubby comes and rearranges everything.

4. I have to say, I have developed an art to loading and unloading the dishwasher.

And I get an odd thrill of being able to unload as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Bottom line, only glass, silverware and ceramics. Each piece of silverware has its own designated space in the side tray. Plates have to be large enough to ensure they don't shift around unnecessarily.

It's a thing of beauty. Trust me on that.
