Adult Cats Pick Up Kitten Stuck On Steps

This is the heartwarming moment three adult cats helped a stranded kitten join them on their rooftop.
The moggies were seen peering over the edge of the building in Naples, Italy on May 14, while the little animal was stuck on the steps.
With a 5ft high jump onto the roof, the kitten was unable to reach his family.
However, a resident living in a nearby home captured the touching moment one of the tabbies leapt down and carried the kitten to safety.
The first attempt was unsuccessful and the kitten slipped from the mouth of the grown-up cat and rolled down the hard steps. But a second try then solved the problem and the kitten could rejoin its group.
The filmer said : 'I witnessed this scene this morning. The anxiety and suspense was very dramatic. I was willing them to succeed. It was like a National Geographic show.''
It is not know if the kitten had fallen from the roof or the three cats had leapt onto the ledge first then went back for their younger member.
Lucio added: ''There are often cats around this neighbourhood but I've never seen them do this before.''

I'm impressed by the extra adult cats on the scene. Not just the presumptive mother cat.
