4. I guess at least one of them survived because the picture was published, but

my thought was the body slam that wave had to produce.

6. Unless one could launch themselves

directly into the base prior to the break point, I dunno. I've had my adventures with the ocean having had one near by for half my life. I have a bargain with it; if I stay out of the deep stuff over my shoulders, it won't swallow me up and kill me.

Then, someone could have found the camera and published the picture..?
