“Downtown” - Petula Clark
“Doo wah diddy diddy” - Manfred Mann
“All Day and All of the Night” - the Kinks

And about 200 more in a little record box with a lid that buckled shut.

6. My very, very first 45?

This was in the discount bin at the farmers market, and being around 5, I liked the title.

But, seriously, give this straight up blues line a listen...

Wore it smooth with the needle.

"Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days Of Summer".

Before that we had to listen to my dad's big band music and my mom's polka records on 78's. We had an old crank up Victrola for that.
