I'm reading the Dark Tower and Wheel of Time series at the same time

My plan is to finish one book in one series and then switch to the other one. I just started on Monday, and I'm halfway through The Gunslinger.

the Robot and Foundation series by Isaac Azimov in my teens. I am waiting for the next "Ice and Fire" book to come out before re-reading that series. I agree; it is addicting!

As well as the series on Amazon Prime.

If you're a fan of audiobooks, the narrator for that series, Jefferson Mays, is amazing.

(And as a plus, the (book) series is almost finished, and the authors are good at delivering in reasonable amounts of time...)
