Attention ice cream junkies!

Have you had Tillamook ice cream? I live in Michigan and one of our Kroger's carries it. Perhaps the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. I think it's better than Guernsey's and Kroger's Private Selection.

I myself have to buy those litte one-serving packs of ice cream because I'll eat up the pack of anything bigger.

I had an aunt who would always send a christmas gift box of cheeses and sausages that had Tillamook cheese in it. It was usually my top favorite gift although the box never actually made it to christmas day.

I tried Wilcoxson's, made in Montana, the vanilla is the only kind that doesn't have a bitter taste when eaten with berry pie!

I do like Tillamook's butter pecan or praline flavors.

It’s so good and worth the little extra cost.

We went through Tillamook Oregon on a road trip and just keep buying the brand to support the business.

Now I’m wanting ice cream!

she doesn't approve of, so until some things changes, I'm relegated to consuming copious amounts of Breyers ice cream.

I'm cool with that, though.

But really, if you’re in Oregon you might try Salt and Straw. Way better imo. But... you can buy tillamook at the store while you can’t get Salt and Straw at the local Kroger.

I rather love tillamook mudslide.

Giant about a mile away. They sell it regularly for $5.99, but they put it on sale for $3.99 for the 1.75-quart container. I've got a nearly empty container of Chocolatly Chip Cookie Dough in the refrigerator. I tossed an empty carton of some other flavor this morning.

{edited} It was Mudslide. That was the first flavor that I bought.

It is really creamy.

...Tilamook cheese, not ice cream.

My favorite is still Ben & Jerry...
Chocolate Therapy, New York Super Fudge Chunk

Also love when traveling esp to big dairy States to try various local ice creams!

... ya!

Sometimes I get Breyers gallon gelato or chocolate whichever has some dark chocolate in it! But I usually stick to pints. I've been know at rimes to go a pint in a day, but usually two days.

Talenti gelato is pretty darn good. And it comes in some interesting and tasty flavors. But again, small sizes.
