It is genuinely sad, how wasted he is. And at least two people in the store tried to help him. I wonder what the eventual outcome was.

3. Upon reflection..

This is definitely not funny. To me, At first it appeared to be a trained dancer doing a drunk impression. After thought, he is an addict in desperate need of AA and Rehab. Would be a good video to show in court ordered Drunk Driving Classes.
