Words with Friends cheats me

About 1/3 of the way through the month, I try to claim a special prize, and every single month, when I try to claim it, I get an error message, and don't get that prize. The image goes on to the next day's prize. This has happened every month for months. And, I played against their computer game, and tied with it one round. I could've played another round if I paid 25 of my prize points for an extra round. That was the first time I had tied, had won the other games, so I figured a tie was okay. And Words listed it as a loss. For me. As far as I'm concerned, no other game registers a tie as a loss. These things make me like Words a lot less.
