How do you put pictures and videos into your post?

I can do photos by putting the link up from my website, but there must be an easier way?

9. To post videos from youtube:

1. Open a new tab and go to youtube.com and search for one you like (or upload your own).

2. Play it to make sure it's the one you want.

3. Go up to the address line while the video is playing and copy that address.

4. Paste that address in the body of your post and hit return a couple of times.

5. Hit the "Preview" button at the bottom of the post page and make sure it shows up.

6. If all is OK, hit "Post my reply!" button.

That's all there is to it.
