Not only is he retweeting himself he has been uncharacteristically quiet

His early morning rants have fewer and fewer. He has been retweeting other people's tweets. I am thinking that he is thinking,

"If I retweet the tweets that say what I am thinking then I didn't say it and no one can lying LIARS can't say that I'm saying it. COVFEFE!"
