He reminds me of Patrick, the emaciated pittie "The miracle dog" from 2011.

his new mommie. She has taken such great care of him and he is like a new doggie! Just an amazing transformation.

Probably a dog used, or potentially used for fighting?
I turned in one of these rednecks that used a dog for fighting. I am not sure what he was charged with, but his ass was definitely shut down.
I hope, but doubtful the little Pittie was taken care of after I turned them in. Probably euthanized
