1. How do I fix a riding mower that won't engage the blades?

My rider stopped working today, so just thought I'd throw that out there since you were already playing in the grass...

2. Is it belt-driven?

It could have slipped.

3. I checked the belts, they are solid.

It just clicks when I pull the knob. I'm almost thinking it might be some kind of spring or solenoid that has gone bad.

It does not have many hours on it.

4. If it clicks, it's probably the solenoid.
