Stopped yesterday to see the golden retriever pups

They are four weeks old. And we are on the list for a male pup. So in like thirty days we will pick up our little guy I cannot wait. I told my wife as I’m on lay off maybe I should go over at night. Take a blanket and a pillow and sleep with them. You know bonding. I said I’ll take the boog Mr chocolate lab would be like. Kids kids I got no milk you are in the wrong church pew.

Personally, I'm exhausted from just thinking about caring for a puppy! Looking forward to pictures.

Mama may not be happy about another dog around her babies. Especially at 4 weeks. One of my Mama fosters didn't want the kids next door anywhere near her pups, until the pups turned about 6 weeks old, then it was OK. I really had to keep an eye on the kids, didn't want anybody to get hurt. The kids really wanted to make friends with the mom. She didn't want to be friends, she had pups to protect. I was OK, the kid's mom was OK, but not the kids.
