My sleeping schedule shifted from 4pm - 11pm to 8pm-3 am

over the last couple of days. I would call that an improvement.

Ah, the perils of doing everything online, I still sometimes drive to the office even though its a ghost town just to maintain some semblance of a order.

...sometimes i will stay in bed til 3:30 but the dogs hear me and I have to beat them to the downstairs front door as one of them has colitis and may poop all the way there. Nothing beats mopping the floor at 4 am.....except sitting on the deck with coffee.

Mostly still semi regular but often get up for a couple hours in the middle of the night. Will be going back to sleep soon.

I’m all over the place.
Shit be real and my head won’t turn off.
Even dreaming again. Didn’t do that for a long time.

Coincidentally, while not working and not using alarm clocks, I'm waking up around the same time each morning that 23andMe predicted would be my wake-up time based on my genes. That was an aspect of their predictions that I figured was complete BS (and it still might be despite my case).

Nice thing about that schedule is when I sleep in late on weekends, it's still 6 am and I have the park and neighborhood all to myself and my dog. I love it.
