"Ode To A Key Ring":

"Ah, you faithful key ring,
You hold my keys so well,
You keep them from getting
Scattered all to hell.

There's just one thing wrong,
(I hold no grudges, mind you)
Whenever I'm locked out,
I can never seem to find you.

I ask myself why,
Oh, WHY did I lock it?
Then I find you're where I left you,
Right there--in my pocket!"

I wrote this little poem in college as part of one of my class assignments, and just happened to stumble across it again. Hoping it gives DUers a little chuckle in this tumultuous time!
