I order a ladder bookcase from Wayfair on April 11th. They were paid the same day. About a week I ago, I emailed them ask where the product was? No response. On the wayfair site its stating estimated delivery May 29th.
So, Im done and I want a big 93 dollars back. Now, Im on hold, without a human contact for over an hour. This crap is insane.
Used PayPal to pay for this, might start the process to turn that funding around.
Welcome, to the new America. I guess.
Thanks for reading this.

(2,886 posts)just got off a long chat with Amazon about an unworking item I returned two weeks ago...They said my refund was issued on the 15th and I still haven't seen it...this was my second chat and I was promised three days ago I would see the refund by yesterday...Lousy service is the norm...

(9,291 posts)I know in my neck of the woods, Amazon works at home. I would think that would make it better for the worker.
Sorry for your stupidity. Wayfair keeps telling me over and over again, on how I can check my account online. Like any of that means anything.
Might not bump it up to PayPal. Wayfair may care then.

(23,313 posts)If Wayfair doesnt respond quickly, you can ask PayPal to escalate the claim. Once escalated, youll not to able to contact wayfair directly about the problem but Ive never not had PayPal come through. Dont mess around. Get it done.
today is the day. I didnt mind the wait, I mind not knowing what to expect.
Customer service during Covid, more pleasure in our human experience.
My hubby is filling at the PayPal turn it around. They have always been good to us. Fed Ex is saying the box was never shipped.

(25,183 posts)seems to be running a lot of TV ads lately, trying to get people to use time spent at home to refurbish the place. Chances are, they have been successful at getting orders, and its beyond their capabilities to fulfill them.
PayPal should make things right for you, they've been helpful to me. Thanks for posting this, if my SO feels like ordering something from them, I'll tell her to hold off for awhile.
