(9,895 posts)1. Nice! I had to go with pan seared Ahi steaks...raining all night so far!
I added a little Garlic Salt and Pepper and an Olive Oil rub before the sear...got a nice crust and good flavor from the Garlic Salt.
Only had some green beans left from Thursday, so used them up too.
