(11,094 posts)1. Nice! I had to go with pan seared Ahi steaks...raining all night so far!
I added a little Garlic Salt and Pepper and an Olive Oil rub before the sear...got a nice crust and good flavor from the Garlic Salt.
Only had some green beans left from Thursday, so used them up too.

We just recently bought the griddle. I'm about to convince myself I can cook anything on it.
