Not sure I'd know what to feed a deer that appeared that hungry, but probably wouldn't be a sugary treat. That being said, is kinda funny it came back with friends.

In New Mexico once, I had them eating apple slices literally out of my hand. As unprocessed fruit, it can't be harmful to them. They'll eat them naturally if they can get them.
