2. Okay, it's time to compare the experiences from our youth.

Did you ever vape while wearing a gas mask?

4. No.

The very first time I used, it was with some friends at a party. We used a bong.

I fell asleep...

The second time, also with a bong, I got incredibly high...

That was a quarter century ago...

Since you served in the military I thought you would have had access to all of the equipment.

I will admit that my favorite means of consumption is with a bong, but that isn't feasible right now. At least I have some indica to fill my pipe and I bought a six-pack of Purple Haze this evening.

And I never saw anybody using while I was in. Urine drug screenings at random, but usually every couple of months. I guy I knew early on got kicked out of the Army when inspection turned up a hash pipe.

8. I turned 55 last month

and when I used the gas mask I was 36. The only thing I'm too old for is running on paved surfaces (particularly since I have an ulcer on the sole of my foot and I'm gasping for breath when climbing the stairs).

I started vaping cannabis about 5 years ago and it has made a world of difference. Sativa's another story entirely, but I love my indica.

I'm taking a couple of months booze-free, and I still need something to loosen me up on Fridays, and help me sleep...

Maybe so, but indica is so much more predictable! You never know how long it might take you to "sleep it off" with alcohol or how long a hangover might last.

Vaping an indica concentrate puts me out in 10 minutes or less, and it wears off in a couple of hours with no lingering grogginess or "hangover." The stuff's a fricking miracle.

That's a huge advantage over booze.
