(7,911 posts)kicked back to listen to some Beethoven and enjoy my handiwork. It was dusk, and I was living out in the country, so everything was quiet. Suddenly I felt a puff of air on my cheek. I opened my eyes to discover a deer had poked its head into the front window and was listening to the music, while exhaling on my face. What a treasured moment!

(2,539 posts)Yes, deer are beautiful creatures, but they eat my garden.
My next door neighbor feeds them, and then they come to my yard for dessert.
