I’ll always remember his performance in John Carpenter’s “The Thing” as the first character to really understand the magnitude of what was going on.

ok, i'll call you a gungeoner for posting the following bullshit 3 hours after the Pittsburgh shooting that killed several Jewish people.

as dumb as I am, I'm not so dumb that I'd defend an AR-15 three hours after the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh.

i haven't interacted with you except for the gun thing which you only responded to in order to give me a hard time, like you go to the gungeon...but when i post what's the purpose of an AR-15 you suddenly show up.

it's all bullshit. whatever you issue is, i don't know you.

whatever's up your ass about me if you want me to change something, let me know. it can't be this place because i am never here.

I enjoyed him! RIP, Wilford!
I will watch all of Absence of Malice, just for the climax with Wilford as the honcho from D.C. That scene is magnificent, and he was superb!

... about his performance in “Absence of Malice.” It was one of the best character actor performances I’ve seen. He nearly stole the movie in less than ten minutes.

I'm not one who hides my distaste for Sally Field.
I thought that movie was teetering because Newman couldn't save it from her over-emoting.
The Wilford enters.
True climactic performance.
