I figure there would be a cartoon or photoshop showing the phrase on the new plaque on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty.

2. Dante's Inferno...

The Irony is, since Satan is supposed to be the Father of Lies, the statement is a lie. There is hope and Dante finds a way to get to Purgatory and eventually Heaven.
