and yeah, many are. But, I had a dear friend who had the knack. If she had any failures that resulted in a cat having to be merely trapped (spayed/neutered) and released rather than rehabilitated and eventually adopted over a 20 year period, it surely wasn't very many. I never figured out her secret beyond boundless patience.
