17. Better Solution

Purchase a vanity license plate titled "PASS ME".

I had a professor in college who wouldn't go faster than 50 mph no matter what road he drove. He told us he used to get all kinds of people flipping him off and laying on their horns. He said all that pretty much stopped when he got a plate that read PASS ME. I remember seeing an old truck in the faculty lot next to the building my prof worked in. Sure enough, the plate confirmed his story.
