The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI'll say it. I love wearing face masks.
I'm tired of having to fake smile at all these assholes all the time. Plus, I can mutter underneath my breath and no one is the wiser. And nobody knows who the hell I am in my black mask, sunglasses, and baseball cap.
Also, I kinda feel like a damn ninja with it on

Luckily, I didn't have to worry that my face could have given me away, and I could focus on listening, and saying the most helpful words.

(44,973 posts)I find it hard to breathe and my face is sweating.
A good quality mask is usually hard to breathe through, and what is the point of wearing a bad quality mask?
I can breathe through valved masks but of course we are told not to wear them because they don't protect others.
Of course I wear the masks anyway, but I can't say that I enjoy it.
