Drink more red wine and green tea.

Get more sun and more Vitamin D. This is super-important. Here’s why:

Understand the underlying problem. With COVID-19 the problem is bradykinin. The excessive presence of this protein in the body explains nearly all COVID-19 symptoms.

This is a medical breakthrough (discovered only recently) courtesy of American scientists at our federal Oak Ridge laboratories.

Some studies indicate a benefit from D3 in regards to the immune system. I take 5,000 iu everyday now because of that. Even 1,000 iu can be beneficial though.

Also, there are some studies showing a benefit from melatonin if one is symptomatic. It is about the effect on the cytokine storm.

I am not making any health recommendations to anyone, but I do suggest doing some research and being wary of product claims, which can be misleading.

My doctor yesterday asked if I take Vit D and she mentioned evidence indicating it can help with Covid but she warned against taking too much as it can have toxicity in excessive amounts.

Weird when covid started to appear here I felt I had to take more vitamin D that it was really important I take it. I got 5,000 mg. Capsules.
Take 10,000 mgs.everyday. have been taking it since .

Also I thought to take bacteria I thought it was important to at the time.

My endro just gave me a script for vitamin D again.
120,000 units 2 times a week. She is a damned good doctor and I am lucky to have her.

She just kicked every magat off her caseload.

The fuckers walked into
Her office maskless.
I'm glad she refused to take thier shit.

The capsules are the most pretty see through emerald green...

I am so thankful I listened to my intuition.
Going to listen to it more in the future. Everytime I blow off my intuition I regret not taking it seriously.

I suggest asking your doctor to give you a script for vitamin D if you can take it.
