what they wore. I was most intrigued by how weird we all look when we do the curtsy. All except Angelina Jolie and Helen Mirren. Angelina Jolie rocked the curtsy. And it looked like the Queen was bowing to Helen Mirren.

But, Joan Collins, WTF! And Helen Bonham Carter. At least she looked in character.

3. The Queen probably got a kick out of meeting her mother, the Queen Mum,

when she met Helena Bonham Carter, who played the Queen Mum in the 2010 film, The King's Speech, about the struggles the Queen's father had overcoming his stutter in order to give radio speeches during WWII, when he became King (George VI) after his brother, Edward VIII ,abdicated for the woman he loved (the divorced American, Wallis Simpson).

And of course, Helen Mirren won the Academy Award for Best Actress when she played the Queen in the movie The Queen, and also won the Tony for her role as the Queen in the stage play, The Audience.

6. Both of those actresses are boss.

Kudos to the Queen for giving them recognition.

4. Actually no one is required to bow/curtsy to the Queen. It's tradition only, not a rule.
