The few times I been back to NJ I always get pizza.

(17,003 posts)Sadly, its a thing of the past. One of the first pizza-by-the-slice. It was on the corner of University and 13th. Chicago style, thick crust pan with all sorts of yummy fresh veggies.

(12,647 posts)Owner spent his childhood in Naples where he learned how to cook, then spent a bit of time learning New York Pizza before he settled down here.
Meatballs are fantastic, just enough home-made marinara sauce and cheese, and a thin, simple flexible crust just a bit crispy on the bottom and edges.
The pizza is always 20" with 8 slices, no matter what you order on it. But they do sell their most popular pizzas by the slice at the counter, and there are a few typical "Italian" baked options and salads for those who somehow don't appreciate their Pizza.
Yes, they have Vegan options, too.
