Where I become a lion on a beach.
I try to not only feel the beach as realistically as possible I imagine being a lion. Feeling the sun on my fur,the cool water,the sand between my pawpads. The breeze vibrating my whiskers and blowing through my mane..
I don't like being a human.
I relax better if I am a lion.
It's one of my favorite meditations I made up. This video reminds me of it.
