I flew to NYC after college to see an exhibit of his work at the Whitney Museum. Wonderful memories.

Hopper is probably my favorite American artist. I have always loved his paintings and I've always been drawn to the stark lonely beauty of his work. Learning the inspiration behind these works is fascinating.
