I don't know how much more of this I can take...
Yesterday morning before I got here, someone threw a rock through the glass door of the clinic and made off with a few computers. The clinic manager suspended shower and laundry service as a result. Now people are coming in screaming and shouting and calling everyone names. The drug-seekers are loudly demanding that I write them prescriptions for their favorite recreational pharmaceuticals, and stomping out angrily when I refuse. And my staff is on the ragged edge of a collective nervous breakdown.
I mean, shit like this happens every once in a while. But it's getting harder and harder to cope with, what with everything else going on in the world right now...
Can't wait until Friday. I'm going to step out for the evening, a little cannabis, a little ETOH. Just to get away for a while...

from your job and more annoyance and frustration. Maybe time to step away and find something you can enjoy. I know, easier said then done.
But I know the feeling of being in a job where as soon as you get to work on Monday, all you want is for it to be Friday. It’s not a great place to be mentally.
