Any gamers here? Particularly anyone with a Nintendo Switch?

If so what do you think of Mario 3D All Stars? Me as both a Nintendo fan and a Mario fan there's a few observations that I have about it.

1. Playing Mario 64 again is great. However the controls are particularly frustrating since they don't translate from the Nintendo 64 to the Switch very well. The Wii 64 controller worked much better, IMO. But overall it's a pretty good port.

2. I haven't played Mario Sunshine yet and it's the one Mario game that I am very looking forward to playing. Mainly since I did not own a Gamecube during that time period and have no frame of reference here.

3. So far the game that translates itself beautifully to the Switch is Mario Galaxy. The visuals look amazing and the controls are pretty flawless playing with or without the controllers attached. And the touch screen on the Switch adds a whole new dimension to the game.

Overall I would give it a 8.5 / 10.

1. I like Smash Bros a lot on the Switch

I have Zelda game but haven’t played it yet.

I sometimes have trouble docking it to the tv but when it works it’s great.

I think I generally like the Switch. It’s a good size.

2. I want to get a Switch Light at some point.

Mainly just to have a more portable Switch for travel when we can finally start going places again.
