The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsHad lunch in Hotel St Hubert - Sainte Saturnin-les-Apt in the Luberon yesterday.
We just stumbled across the place. Turns out that it was featured in Floyd on France in 1987.
The restaurant has changed chefs since then, but the new chef is amazing.
Looked at the website and they have this video up.
Great for getting a feel for Provence - And amazingly, though much has changed, much has remained the same.

(17,339 posts)A really cheap twin lens reflex that used 120 film. 2 1/4 square in black and white. Taught me a lot about composition and how to 'make pictures', though I didn't really know what that term meant until perhaps fiftenn years ago when I started working as assistant to a 'professional photographer'.
I've been following Peter Turnley on Facebook, who's just amazing and an inspiration. He studied with Robert Doisneau.
