Haven't had my teeth cleaned in a year I think.

I get them cleaned every 6 months like most people. I had one scheduled this past March, but I canceled it due to Covid. I have a cleaning scheduled in November, but I may cancel since cases are starting to increase in my county again. With the exception of getting a tooth pulled a few months ago, I have not seen a dentist in a year. Now, I felt safe when I got the tooth pulled, and I'm sure it's still safe, but I'm paranoid and I'm having trouble overcoming that. Also, I figured that if there was something horrible going on in my mouth, the dentist would have seen it when he pulled the tooth. Finally, that escort I was with would have seen it when were doing that role playing thing. She had a strong flashlight. I didn't have decay in the tooth that was pulled...I broke it while eating.

I examine my teeth pretty closely, and they look healthy to my eyes, and the gums look good. The only problem my untrained eyes can see is the usual terrible staining on my bottom teeth. This is normal for me. I think it's the type of staining that is deeper in the tooth, and even the hygienist can't remove the stains completely. I think one of my medicines may be causing the staining. Fortunately, I'm handsome as fuck, and my overall good looks pull people's eyes away from my stained bottom teeth. In addition, I make sure not to fucking smile at people, because most of the people around here are assholes anyway. Sometimes, I will smile at the assholes with only my bottom teeth.

Because I have not seen the hygienist, I try to take very good care of my teeth. I use one of those round head electric tooth brushes. I watched several videos on how to properly brush your teeth with one of these...it's different than using a regular tooth brush. I brush my teeth very gently for 8 full minutes. The reason it takes me so long is that I've realized it is kind of hard to get 100% of every tooth surface in a short amount of time. I use a soft tooth brush and go slow. I never used to catch the top and bottom edges of the front teeth...now I get them.

I make sure to brush the complete gum line slowly, gently, and completely. I brush the entire gum down to where it meets the inside of your cheek. I brush my upper palate and tongue. Then, I floss. Waterpic is next. Then I use a tongue scraper on my tongue and palate. Finally...mouthwash.

Then I do rips on my bong, eat a bunch of sugary shit because of the munchies, fall asleep while urinating and smash my head against the wall, and forget to brush my teeth. As a result, my damn teeth will probably all fall out in a few months because I haven't seen the dentist. They'll probably all fall out at once. It will be like someone spilled a pack of Chiclets on the floor.

Take care of your teeth. Oh, and take care of your shoes too. This has been a Public Service Announcement.

PS...Here is some general advice not related to teeth. Stop scratching it. If you don't, it will get infected. Trust me.

When I use floss because my teeth are very close together the force of trying to get in in between my teeth hurts my gums so I water pik it too.
Love my tounge scraper too. One thing I do every day is use a neti pot before I brush teeth .

There. And one of my back teeth has a sharp side so when I try to cram the floss in my tooth cuts the floss.

I had a tooth pulled last year. It cracked. But it had three roots and one root was half formed. It is apparently rare to have 3 root teeth and rarer when a root isn't developed when your 55 years old.
