When corps boast their services are powered by Artificial Intelligence, shouldn't they disclose that

it's cretin-level intelligence ?

If you've tried to use the AI "help" on UPS's Web site, you know what I'm talking about. PayPal is not much better. A simple text box saying "leave a message, and we'll get back to you" would actually be much less frustrating.

But hey, the more machines, the fewer employees, and the bigger our executive bonuses !
