-- Ortiz was recorded on the phone to Lyft and 911 operators complaining that he was in fear that he may have to defend himself against the calm driver
-- However the passenger confirmed to the operator no threats had been made toward him but he wanted his $8.01 refunded after the driver didn't play music
-- Ortiz bragged that he voted for Donald Trump, repeatedly mentioned that he was an American citizen and that he worked for CityMD medical center
-- Now he has been fired after calling Lettman the 'N-word' and aggressively yelling 'F**k Black Lives Matter' while suggesting the driver was homophobic

His patience was exemplary, and if I could hire him for something, I would. What a great guy to remain so calm and gentle in face of such racist behavior.
