God. No wonder I'm so tired. I think I'm being deliberately overworked.

I just found out that my clinic is at 120% quota of patient visits for the month.

The mainstream clinic a few blocks away is only at 80%.

Someone either needs to light a fire under them, or take a few patients off my schedule...

It would help flatten out my quarantine fifteen.

And it's not just that there are a lot of sick people out there. That's okay; that's what I get up in the morning for.

It's the little piddly things some people come in for that could be dealt with over the phone with nurse triage.

But we don't offer nurse triage because admin wants lots of nice, profitable clinic encounters.

I love them, and they make the job worth the headaches.
