My Mom who just died, I took this video at her house in northern Wisconsin, about 5 years ago.

She had a pretty yard, with all the flowers and grass. The fire pit is a nice touch too.
Thank you for sharing this with us. I hope when you look at this video, that you'll feel a bit less sad.

(7,715 posts)The number 1 way to remember your mom is to take the best traits she had and make them your own. She will live on forever that way through you.
There is nothing more to say when you lose a parent except my deepest condolences.

My mom passed eight years ago. I'm sure that quite a few of us here understand exactly what you're feeling right now.
Your mom looked like a very lovely woman. And her yard was so peaceful and beautiful. I'm glad she had such a wonderful place to spend time with you.
Hold on to your memories and all of the love. It will get you through this. And we are all here for you.
