I've lost about 20 pounds due mostly to stress.

I’ve gotten a little slack on the workouts over the last month but considering where I started from in March - I turned a bowl of mashed potatoes back into a potato.

I needed to lose some so this is good. I don't really care to cook but since I was the only one of the 3 of us who actually knew how I did it. I rarely want to eat after I cook. It worked well!

..I went from not being able to snack (lost over 10 pounds!) to having to stay at home with nothing else to do but eat and watch tv.

If I lie down on the bed and zip up my jeans al la Rudy style, I can still get into them. I just cant breath or walk when i stand up

my diet (which is really bland and boring) hasn't changed that much. I row when I'm stressed and anxious, and I've been doing a lot of rowing this year.

But I tend to snack at night, which is not a good habit.

Most days I have an egg for breakfast and something with rice or pasta for dinner. I do try to keep focused on hydration.

On the bright side, when I get a craving for something, I totally go out of my way to get it.

Oh man those sound soooooo good.

one of the main reasons I have lost weight is that I have been cut off from confections. LOL it's a major weakness of mine

If I want any I have to make them myself. LOL

I have no idea how to make doughnuts and can't vouch for this recipe, but I like the fact that it includes some whole wheat flour.

We get our doughnuts from the supermarket.
