A wonderful creamy fish gratin with au gratin mashed potatoes topped with shrimp and dill. Fantastically good both for weekdays and weekends. Tip! Feel free to thaw the fish in the fridge overnight.
ETA
the temp is in C, 200C is around 400F
and
krm kryddmått ie. a pinch (technically a millilitre)
st stycke piece or unit 1 st lemon = 1 whole lemon (citron in Swedish)
dl decilitre around 3.4 ounces

For the Americans in the audience (and others on non-metric), the temperature is in Celsius, of course. Adjust accordingly. Or it'll take a *really* long time to cook.

krm = spice measure = pinch
1 dl (desiliter) = .4 cup
Not sure about st. Ts is a teskje (teaspoon) in Norwegian, Swedish is probably something like that.
