Do you eat stew with a fork or a spoon?

I've reflected on the fact that I really like the taste of stew but rarely cook it. It's because I don't know how to serve it. There's the fork/spoon thing, and there's also the bowl/plate thing, which I'm posting separately.

As I posted in your other thread, a stew goes in a bowl that is placed on a plate. Also on the plate are bread and veggies (or other sides), but the stew is eaten with a spoon.

The meat, veg, and starch should all be in the stew. Eat with spoon, mop bowl clean with bread.

Can also be done in a bread bowl, it's lovely.

Anything with gravy is eaten with a spoon. A fork misses too much of the gravy's deliciousness.
