with my parents. It scared the poop out of elementary school me, but I loved it!

I learned that ants secrete formic acid from that movie!

That was actually one of the first 'horror' movies I ever saw, I was like 8.

Not really horror, but definitely creepy AF.

I got really stoned and watched The Ring all by myself for the first time.

I was afraid of the TV for like 2 weeks after that

Tonight I'll be playing a VR game that's actually freaking scary (in certain sections) called Half Life - Alyx. I'm almost done, I'm expecting it to get pretty intense.

Scariest game I ever played was S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl. It has these underground labs full of freaky shit ... and when I played that I was alone, playing in the basement of my folks house in the mountains. At one point I was just like ... NOPE. I shut it off and waited til the next morning so it was daylight out. I was 40 yo at the time lol ...

It was absolutely terrifying

The origins of the "slasher flick" can be traced back to Italy, but it was this Canadian import that helped the sub-genre find its footing in North America. Four years before Michael Myers began his Halloween night rampage, this holiday-themed tale of a stalker roaming a sorority house struck a solid chord with the midnight movie crowd—and it still holds up surprisingly well today.
