The 403 error is because they are doing some work on the website. If you get it, just hit your back button and then try to click the link to the thread again or to post again. That's usually what works for me.

I've had that happen in the past and you're right - the inspiration is just different the second time. It's happened to me enough on Facebook that I now copy what I wrote before hitting "post" so that I can easily just paste it if there is a glitch.
