Wanna help me pick out my next baking dish?

So I've been on a kick with desserts lately. And now with the holidays officially coming I want to do a lot more. So here's two recipes I got an idea for.

Hot cocoa cookies. Normally made with marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Or

Lemon cherry bars. Cherries inside the bar but using lemon extract in the bars for that lemony flavor.


What do y'all think would be best this coming week to bake?

Common practice here to have someone sit in car to babysit it.

No artificial flavors. If you make lemon bars, leave the cherries out and use real lemon juice.

I love to bake and I have a small stand out by the road where the baked goods go- for passersby to enjoy for donation... cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies are going out in the cool weather... key lime bars are a favorite in the summer

I've never been a chocolate fan, and the marshmallows would put me over the Yuk Scale.
