There are certainly legal weed and adult drinks involved. And even a 1/2 xanax this morning when I figured the alcohol was out of my system.

But I avoid watching all my favorite TV news anchors and picking up directly on their distress. I'm an empath and I really feel.

So, I just keep my phone handy to check on a couple sites - mostly DU and my curated Twitter feed. I really value having this community to talk with!!

The secret ingredient is a good but simple, pure, family friendly movie on my tablet. Last night and this morning, My Octopus Teacher. Watched it 2 times! Right now, Dumplin'! I guess Dolly Parton features in it. Reading alot about her lately - new memoir or record.

Oh: and stay in bed!!

PS during the daytime, some hours working. It helps me focus.
