3. It's a very useful feature. I use it freely when I encounter...

...people whose respect for science and engineering with respect to addressing climate change is extremely poor. We have these kinds of people here regrettably.

They end up repeating themselves in a purely ideological fashion in such a way as to it becoming a waste of time to engage them.

The reality is that anything we think we're doing about climate change is clearly failing, and repeating the same experiment over again and expecting a different result has become a cliche for describing insanity.

I used to engage them, which was silly on my part, since they only gave me agita, but the ignore button has been a magnificent tool which I very much appreciate.

My list has probably 20 or so people on it, accumulated over the last 18 years.

5. I have an Associate's Degree in a scientific field

While I'm certainly no scholar I also can see the writing on the wall when it comes to climate change. I'm extremely distressed as well about what is happening.
